Service Description

Sessions use Bartenieff Fundamentals integrative practices such as Body Organizations, heel rocks, the Basic 6, Breath Support, Diaphragm/Pelvic rhythm and more. It’s about an hour-long flow that includes warm-up , full body integration series and yield and push movements to increase heart rate.

Cancellation Policy

No refund if appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of service. Clients must reschedule if arriving 15 minutes late.
